This sea level display is intended to be used as a reference when staying guests and local residents evacuate, and to inform them of how high the sea level is and to enhance the disaster prevention capabilities of the area. It does not represent the height of the tsunami, but the height above sea level from the first floor of the Hagiya facility.
Restaurant "kanasa"
The owner himself hits Hitachi Aki Soba from Kanasagou, a homemade powder made from stone mills. It is a popular menu along with Hagiya's original seaweed Ecklonia cava udon. In addition, we offer a variety of dishes such as seafood bowl with plenty of seafood, sashimi set, and Hitachi beef collagen curry using Hitachi beef shin meat.

Souvenir shop "Izumigamori"
We carry souvenirs with original products as the main product. Among them, Hagiya's original Shiosakura Senbei and Kajime Udon are very useful as souvenirs from Hitachi.

■ Ecklonia cava udon
Kajime kneaded into udon is a seaweed of the kelp family that thrives on Hitachi's rocky shore, and contains nutrients that tend to be deficient, such as calcium and iron. It is a product that is particular about the scent of the tide, the strength of the body, and the throat. Received the 1st Hitachi City Regional Industry Creation Award
■ Shiosakura Senbei
Heiwa-dori and Kamine Park in Hitachi City have been selected as one of the "100 Best Cherry Blossom Spots in Japan". Hagiya's original Shiosakura Senbei, which is made by baking real salted cherry blossoms, is also certified as a Hitachi regional brand.
